Naturalization application - documents query urgent

Hi Gurus and members

Could you please help me? I’ve applied yesterday and have my appointment tomorrow. The documents show on the list on the form are as follows:

• The passport
• Proof of living in the UK – Current & Old Passport
• Proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions - BRP ILR & ILR Decision Letter
• The degree certificate to prove the level of English language required
• Two referee declarations
• Current Biometric Residence Permit – BRP ILR

I couldn’t find any consent document like what I have signed and scanned in ILR application. I am afraid Is it something that I’ve missed to download somehow? Do I need to submit one or it is not required in this application?

Also, I am a director of the company and I ticked it. Do I need to submit Self-assessment return and latest statement from HMRC?

The document list looks ok - you have submitted the LITUK pass reference number?
No "consent form" required for naturalisation - I don't know what that form is.
As a Director provide your self-assessment documents.

Yes I have submittedLIUKT number when it says Enter your Life in the UK test unique reference number

Consent form was there to give consent to homeoffice for verifying information provided on the form, while I've applied for ILR.

As I ticked A director it does not ask for SA tax return and SA statement on the documnt list, when I tick self employed it was asking for SA tax return and SA statement on the documnt list. Do you think still Ineed to submit them?

If those are your choices then you can decide, but clearly as Director the documents are not required per the system. So less documents to submit.
