Naturalization Eligibilty info. needed

All, recently i've got my ILR (HSMP JR category) on completion of 4 years stay in UK. I will be eligible for Naturalization next year, would like to know how many days out of UK absence is permitted in total or last 1 year ?
Also if the citizenship rule changes within an year, will they be applicable to me ? OR am i safe due to the HSMP JR rules ? Thanks in advance.
