Hi,
I have a query in regards to applying for the naturalization of my child born in UK in 2021 while one of the parents had skilled worker visa and other parent had skilled worker dependent visa. The child got dependent visa in 2021 to travel outside UK and was valid till April'2024.
Coming into 2024, both the parents have secured ILR based on 5 year route.
I believe the child does not need ILR and is straight away eligible for naturalization.
In the naturalization application , it asks for BRP of the child in this specific section:
"Are you able to provide a biometric residence permit (BRP) card with this application?"
and the options are:
1. Yes, and its valid
2. No, my BRP is lost or stolen
3. No, I have already sent my BRP to the Home Office
4. No, I do not have a BRP for my most recent leave."
In the situation, that we only have the BRP for the child which was valid till April'2024. I want to know would the 4th option be the most correct one to choose ?
