Hi,

My husband applied for naturalization around 10 April 2014, beginning of July he received phone call from HO asking him to provide additional paper work for English language. He successfully passed requested test and we sent of his certificate in middle of the July 2014. Since then we did not hear anything from HO Liverpool.

Today 15 October 2014 I tried to call HO on a few numbers includ. 0845 .... + 0300 123 2253. Literally IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to speak with someone to get some infor. cos most of HO numbers are disconnected!!!

I would like to ask you if there is ONE number that we could call and finally speak with someone or do you have any other suggestion??
