Naturalization

Hy

Need some advise regarding my case , came here on student visa in 2005 changed to depandent visa after getting married in 2007 , Wife was holder of Hsmp , in December 2013 got Ilr , need to know can i apply for naturalization before the new english requirment as i am here in country from the last 8 years or I have to wait for 12 months after my ILR issued. please advise
