Need Advice for HSMP EC Dependent

Hi.

I am new here. Is there anyone here who could help me?

......i was deported from Japan 4 years ago for overstaying. My Engineer husband applied for HSMP and has been approved.
...we have also a one year old daughter.

My questions are:

1. My japan status can affect my husband's EC?
2. Can I/our daughter can get EC too?

Please do help me...
