I need advice on joining my unmarried partner

Does time spent living with your bf on a visitor visa count as living together for the purposes of unmarried partner? If I add it to years lived together it is more than 2.

Yes it counts as long as it's documented (bills, name on lease, etc...)

I didn`t have a bank account there, they said as a visitor they couldn`t open a bank account for me, so I had no bank bills. I just did withdrawals from my usual bank account, but from the UK and I can prove that. The lease was in my bf name, but I have landlord`s testimony that i stayed there. I also have a couple of letters sent to me when I was there , but mostly from universities.
