need advice please!! SET(M){indefinite leave to remain}

Post by sujinda » Mon Jan 28, 2008 12:30 pm

I am married to a UK man. I have a spouse visa from 03 April 2006 until April 03 2008. I did not arrive in the UK until May 18 2006. I have just found out that I should have come to the UK within 28 days of issue. I was 15 days late. I think I may have a problem with getting my indefinite leave to remain visa. What should I do? advice please!!! :(

But some people take the chance and apply just on the day before and hope by the time it gets processed they will have just crossed over to the 2 year mark. Strategies include writing a check so that it isnt forwarded to the case worker until it has cleared so ...
