Need Advice

Hello,

I am having a Tier1 HSMP Visa, my current employer, is offering me a job in UK. My payroll will be processed in UK still I will not be having a offer letter from the UK counterpart. In this situation when I try to extend my visa will there be a problem, as I can show my earings in pounds. Please let me know your views on this.

When ur current Tier1(G) visa comes for renewal status.. you can use ur previous earnings at that time (12consecutive months in the last 15months) to get ur extension and that should not be a problem as long as you can show proper proofs and other points as per HO rules like Earnigns/Educational/maintenancefunds etc.. for earnings PAYSLIPS matching NET Salary deposited in the Bank statements; pls give more info if u require more..

Thanks for the quick response, well to be more precise I am currently working in India, my employer wants me to work with a client in UK for the next 9 months and probable extension. I will not be issued a new offer letter from the UK office but will be on a deputation during the period from India. I will be paid salary in UK during the stay. So as per your sugesstion there should not be a problem for my visa extension...(Please correct me if I am wrong). I am having a Tier1 General Visa.

You shd not have any problem at the time of extension..

Pls check whether you will be getting enough points with salary offered by UK client.

I am expecting around 38 to 40K, anywayz I chkd the PBS and I need to be in the band of 32-35K to get the appropriate points level. btw I will be in Leeds so would the salary be sufficient for a family (3 person)

Should be enough if u dont want to spend lavishly .
