This is my situation: I'm an EU National (Italian) married with a non EU. We came to live to London after my husband got an EEA Family Permit on May2008 which expires on 30th November2008. Now he is applying for the residence card using the EEA2 Form where says: "This form should be use to apply for a residence card as confirmation of a right to reside as a non EEa National family member of an EEA National who is exercising treaty rights (worker, student, etc)." In other hand, the same form ask for the details of my employment but says: "If you (the applicant, my husband) are supporting them through working, you must complete this section with your details". We are both working and i don't know what to do, if we have to put my work details to exercise the treaty rights or his details!!!!
Please, if someone can help ASAP because we need to apply before the first permit expires on 30th november!!!!
