Need advise on travel date in April .. Urgent please help

Hi All,
I try to find the matching post but I could not. Please help me to decide on my travel date.
I have got my visa decision on 24-Feb-2016
My 30 days visa is valid from 25-March-2016 to 24-April-2016.

I am deciding on which date I can travel and My question is, if i travel after 06-April-2016 will new rules apply to me which will be published by gov.uk on 06-April-2016 or the new rules will apply only for those who will apply for visa on or after 06-April-2016?

Since I have already issued with visa do i need to worry about the new rules ??

i am planning to travel on 9-April-2016, Please advice.
