Do I need to apply PBS Depd Application Tier1 by 6th Apr

Hi

I am Tier1 General Visa migrant. I am living in Uk since Nov 2010. My extension was due in June 2015 but due to change in rules I took extension in Feb 2015 for next 3 year. I have a valid Tier1 Visa until June 2018 now.

I have 2 kids and both my kids have valid visa until June 2015. Do i need to apply for their extensions before 6th April due to change of rules or that can be done anytime untill 28 days before June 2015 when their visa is due to expire.

Also, what documents do I need to add to their application for support?

Please if someone can help me answer this on priority. Thanks

They don't need to apply for dependant extensions prior to 6th April 2015. However, if they did, then it would be beneficial (re: fees).

Both my kids are under 16, so what documents do I need to enclose to support PBS dependent application? Also, is there any revision of fee after 6th April 2015?

I believe that the fees will increase from £1,607 to £1,736 per Tier 1 general (in country) dependant.
