Need Assistance for'' hearing'' of Student visa

Hi , I did PGD level 7 diploma and completed my English proficiency test level B2 Esol from City&Guilds as City&Guilds doesn't issue a mark sheet for Esol they just issue a certificate which states Pass in all four categorise.then
I took admission in MBA top up at LSBF. on 28th of September my visa has been refused and got appeal right. My visa was rejected on two grounds .

1. I was failed to provide mark sheet for B2,
2. My sponsor didn't check my academic progression

now i contacted with city and guild which clearly said we don't do any mark sheet ,
and my sponsor LSBF says they haven't got any email form ukba

My hearing date is 24th of November my case condition is very uncertain and i really don't know what i need to do if some can guide , assist me in this matter.

Regarding City & Guilds B2 certificate: The same thing happened with my friend and UKBA asked him to provide test report which clearly shows the results in individual sections. But City & guilds refused to provide any.

So he printed the email sent from City and Guilds which says that they don't provide test report form which shows individual section result. But they sent him another page (apart from certificate) which shows fail or pass.

And my friend got the visa extended.

But i have no idea about academic progress query. You better ask your institution.
