Do I need to attach my old Indian Passports to my new one?

Do I need to attach my old Indian Passports to my new one?

Hi All,

I have recently renewed my Indian passport in London & received the booklet in the post yesterday. The new passport has a stamp on the last page that says "Cancelled & returned which hold valid visas." However, both my old passports contain NO valid visas. Do I need to staple / attach them to the new passport?
