Do I need my Birth Certificate?

Post by claire555 » Tue Feb 08, 2011 10:39 am

I am currently on an Ancestral Visa and will need to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain 28 days before it expires (01/02/2012). I would have been in the UK for 5 years at that point.
Do I need to include my birth certificate (or my grandfathers - who was born in the UK)? I do not have any dependants in the UK (it seems that these require birth certificates in the form SETF but I cant see any mention on supplying more documentation to prove my ancestral status)
Confusion?!
any help appreciated - thanks,
Claire
