Is there anyone who applied for City council house and application for LTR or naturalization is turned down?

Is city council house considered to be affecting Citizenship application?
Someone told me in 2006 to apply the person was Irish. So, I just want to know if there will be a problem. Though, I have not got any house yet.

I knew people who don't have citizenship, just LTR and they got a council house.. they have Irish born children though.

I applied for council house when i was getting unemployment benefit as that was a acondition to get rent supplement but stopped it after 10 months of getting it and did not bother to cancel my application for the council house
I got my approval last week

council house dont worry mate .my friend also applied for her council house .she got also approval for citizenship.
