Need guidance for ILR

Post by Jay87 » Tue Apr 02, 2019 3:07 pm

Dear Guru,

I am on tier1 ent ext visa valid untill may2020 and need to know which route is best and easy to get Ilr as I would be eligible to apply Ilr in july 2019 from tier 1 ent and in april 2020 through 10 yr long residency route but got few questions in mind:

1. If I apply through tier 1 in july 2019 and have an interview then can i withdraw my application without giving interview? If yes will i get my fees back and my Visa will be still valid untill may 2020?

2. If I apply through 10 yr route in April 2020 then my spouse 5 yr clock will start from 0 but if we intend to move back to our home country after taking citizenship for myself so Is there would be any absence criteria for spouse and how would that effect related to her Ilr at later stage.

Thanks to all for your suggestions in advance.

Yes you can

Family route has no absence requirements
