Need help and some guidance please

Hi,

I graduated last year (September 2014) form a top university here in the UK. Directly after graduating I joined an investment bank. I did a Tier 5 with them of approx. 1 year. Now its my 10th month and they want to hire me. However, they don't want to pass through the RMLT. I suggested therm that I can go back to my country, apply for a tier 4 and then switch it here in the UK ?

Is it possible to do this ?

You would have to successfully complete the (eligible) course while on the Tier 4 in order to avoid the RLMT...

You could have avoided the RLMT the previous time around... but instead you switched to Tier 5...
