need help on appeal

Post by jenny90 » Wed Feb 05, 2014 12:08 am

Hello everyone,
I am new over here, I have been refused entry clearance ( general visit)to the UK as well as two of my daughters, on the notice of decision, their decision depends on mine, i have made an appeal to the tribunal in order to reconsider my application as i feel that my visa has been refused for no reason. i was only intending to stay a few days during the christmas period and im not intending to stay any longer cause my children have school. anyways, i have made the appeal and paid £80 for the appeal, however, today the tribunal got back to me and they said that i need to pay for my two daughters as well and it just too much, what i dont understand, why do i have to pay for their appeal as well cause their decision depends on mine, so if my appeal will be rejected theirs will be rejected as well!! i just dont want to pay this huge amount of money again and my appeal will be refused!! please help if anyone has got the same situation and what should i do, should i send the appeal for my daughters as well without payment or do i have to make a payment!! please advice me on how to deal with this!! thank you
