Need help choosing a country

I'm Estonian and I'm thinking about moving to another country.

Finland is my favourite option right now. Other options I'm considering are Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, France, Switzerland and Denmark.
Which one of those would be the best choice?

I'm 17 years old and I've decided to take 1 or 2 years off before continueing with school. Those 1 or 2 years would be perfect for learning the language and then continueing my studies in a local school. My main concern is finding a job right now. I don't know how bad the economy is in rest of the Europe. In Estonia things are pretty bad. We've got 15%+ unemployed and it's rising.

How hard would it be for 17 years old to find a job in Europe? Type of job doesn't matter at all, nor does the wage.

Given your age, its almost necessary that you speak the language in order to find work. Do you speak the language of any of the countries you mentioned ?

Finland would be your best choice as per my advise since Finnish is quite similar to Estonian. Besides you can jump on to the boat in between the two anytime you want.

I speak english and russian only.
I'm learning finnish right now but It's hard without any fundamental knowledge of the language.

Aren't there any jobs I could apply for without speaking the language?

I've also thought about moving to Finland and living few months from my savings. Hopefully I would learn the language and find some job opportunities in those few months.
I know that living in Helsinki is very expensive but how about smaller towns.
Does anybody here know how expensive life is in smaller towns (appartment rent, food etc.)

Just remember, that because of your age you will always only be entitled to a youth wage which is considerably lower than the national average salary for adult workers.

Also many employers won't hire minor labor for any job but part time positions.
