Need Help on Earning and Maintenance funds

Hi,

I have few queries on earnings and maintenance funds, please help by clarifying those.

1. When I was in my previous company, in 2008 I had been to UK on Work permit and have worked in UK for 3 months and have earned 5000 pounds. As I have changed the company, my work Permit was taken back by my previous company. Can I consider this earnings while calculating points? If yes which document I need to provide?

2. My dad has 2800 pounds in govt financial institution such as post office. Can I show that for maintenance fund?

3. If my application is rejected, will I get back 600 pounds?? If yes how much time will it take to recieve the money back?

1. U can consider this money, but make sure this is not any kind of per-diem, which covers your food expenses..and that you can produce valid docs for these earnings.. Also note that u do not uplift your indian earnings during this period.

2. U need to have this money in your name..

3. No money back.. Nothing's free in this world .. Not even a Tier-1 rejection:) On a serious note, prepare your appl well, but no refunds..
