need a help filling the flrm form

My question regarding the flr m extension visa. Actually I am self-employed and my wife is employed. Her extension is due in couple of week. I filled both 7.3 a and 7.3b section of form particularly in page 31 where I filled the self-employed amount after that they ask in b option in which do u meet the income level I tick no . They will proceed me in 7.3c where they ask about the non-employment income

So my question is whether I filled the section 7.C info or not

if u select no in b option of page 31 will i fill the option c or not bcoz we rely on joint income

second question regarding the document

will home office accept the car insurance correspondence letter to claiming address

For an FLR m application You have to provide some letters posted to you to show that you have lived there.
I believe that a car insurance letter should be more than ample and fine as its from a regulated organisation.
I believe the govt website gives you some generic guidance as to what sort is acceptable.
what other letters are you sending?
