Need help for claim the children benefits

Hi everyone, I have a question about claiming the children benefits.

I am living in UK with my kid right now and hold my ILR. I want to claim the children benefits, but I don't know if it effect or it doesn't have any effect on my husband's Spouse Visa or ILR application in the future.

No, it wont affect your husband ILR. This question has been answered so many times in this forum. So please go through the forum and make use of the information provided by members.

yeah, but more specifically in my case, when I provide the files for my husband's dependent visa application, it seems like I have to prove I could afford the expenditure of my husband and kid （my kid also want to get ILR）without any application of public funds.

Claim child benefit in your name and tax credits in joint names.

follow AMBER advice, she is wonderful and excellent advisor in this particular area, infact i have seen memberscome across similar situation and followed amber adviceand solved the issues without hassle.And like as i said there wont be problem to show tax credits as funds as income that includes child benefit.
