Need Help for completing VAF9 form

Hi guys..

I need advice on completing VAF9 form for Post-Study Work visa.
There are some tricky questions at Part 6.


6.3 Have you ever been refused a visa for any country including the UK?

Does the word 'visa' mean the 'entry clearance'?
My application for a 'Grant of Leave under Tier1(Post-Study Work)' made in the UK was rejected by my stupid mistake on maintenance,
so I will make a new application when I go back to my country.
In this case, I think that the rejection on my application was not for a 'visa', am I right?



6.6 Have you ever been in breach of your immigration conditions for the UK?

The Guidance notes said 'This will include overstaying'.
I applied to PSW on 27 Jan, then my student leave to remain expired on 31 Jan.
My application was rejected on 27 Feb.
According to the appeal form, 'Date of Service' is 3 Mar and the 'Deadline to appeal' is 17 Mar.
What is my situation on overstaying? Have I been in breach of my immigration conditions? I'm going to leave on 10 Mar.



6.7 Have you ever been deported, removed or otherwise required to leave any country, including the UK?

The letter from Home Office said 'However if your appeal is unsuccessful, and you do not leave the UK voluntarily,
you will be removed to your country.'
I'm not going to appeal and I'm going to leave the UK voluntarily.
Is my case applicable to this question?
