Need help for my Non-EU Husband

Hi every one!

iam EU national. i am married to Non-EU national. my question when he'll apply for EEA2.For how long they'll grant us Family permit ? please help???

A residence permit is normally valid for five years according to HMO.

But i read some where it's only last for 1 year. please advise??

Which documents we have to send?
