Hi , my enterprenure visa refused and i am going to appeal in couple of days , and my sia badge is going to expire soon . currently i am working for security company , is it possible i can renew my Sia badge while my enterprenuere appeal is in process ? my previous visa was psw ..........., i need expert advice please ....

@ arshed, the only way to know if you can renew your SIA licence is to try applying for the renewal except if there are members who have successfully done this and will like to share their experience.

Normally HO would expect you to be working in your business at NQF level 4 as a PSW visa holder and not as a security officer. But I dont think that SIA will be concern about your entrepreneur visa conditions for now since you are still om PSW base on section 3C extension of your last leave.
