Need help got refusal t4 to t2 general

I applied for tier 2 but got refusal
I was on tier 4 general Other university but I done MBA from an other university I submitted letter from university which saying I completed my study but degree will be award later. Some of the grades was confirmed but some of them are provisional.
Their refusal
Your degree is completed but university not confirmed you have passed it.
Tier 4 preventing that course.
But mean time they award me 10 points for English
Could you please let me what should I do. I have appeal right but how we justify it?

re-apply with a new CoS once you meet the requirements. See para 15-17 in the T2 policy guidance:

My current visa expired more than three months.
They refused me cause not meet 245hd(d) and (f).
I already went for appeal and fee was deducted but haven't received anything from first tribunal.
Please guide me what documents I need for my appeal hearing?

By appealing you gained time, your T4 leave continues while the appeal is pending.

Once you meet the requirements of 245HD(d) you can withdraw the appeal and re-apply with a new CoS.

Will there any positive result for appeal?

Yeah but if you guide me that will be great help cause my solicitor appeal that I completemy course and that MBA is supplementary study.
