Need help on Maintenance Fund issue

Hi

I have been in UK since Apr 08 on HSMP visa. My family arrived in UK in July 09 after allowed appeal. Now i have to apply for extention in Jan 09 along with my family (4 dependants). Can anybody guide me how much funds should I keep in my savings acccounts as I am a bit confused as i have read somewhere on UKBA site that if dependants' stay in UK is less then 2 years then we have to maintain £1600 per dependant.

Please advise as i have maintained funds @ £533 each dependant.

Guidance Notes Point 40 & 41

40. If the Tier 1 migrant has been in the United Kingdom for 12 months or more, each family member of the Tier 1 migrant must have £533 to support himself/herself.

If you have spent over 12 months in UK than you are fine with £533 per dependent. Total amount would be £800+(£533x4). Check guidance notes for self satisfaction and confirmation.
