i was on post study work and i applied recently for teir 2 work permit on 9th june my visa was expired on 9thmay and i was over stayed in this counrty more then 28 days but i applied teir2 visa on 9th june and i got biometric date on 6th july after that i havent got any further reply from ukba until 31th august, i got refused on base of english language course i havent recived points of english course in mean time when i apllied visa i have send a letter of english language course letter tht my exam of ESOL on 13th july but they didnt asked me for a result and refused my application i havent given right of appeal cos i am over stayed and just wrote that i leave this country as soon as possible my friends advice me to send my appeal to high court what is a good advice i can get from here please advice me thanks
