Need help plz to understand RLMT

Hi,

I have a query as i want to apply for Tier 2 (Employer Sponsored) and my current status is on appeal process. I had previous visa on Tier 4 but i applied for Discretionary leave which was rejected and i'm currently on appeal process. I understand that if i was on tier 4 current leave, my employer wouldn't had to go through RLMT but in this situation when i'm on appeal process, do they have to carry out RLMT or will i just be able to apply on their CoS allocation and Sponsorship certificate.

In this circumstance your prospective Sponsor must carry out a RLMT.
