Need help regarding HSMP dependant

Hi all,

I want to apply for HSMP dependant visa.
Please guide me & answer me the following queries -

1. what all documents need to be submitted?
2. Format of Cover letter & Sponsor letter
3. is it better to apply for visa from Pune VFS as am located at Pune?
People who applied for dependant visa from Pune VFS,please share the experience.
