Need Help-WP

As i seen some job portal in UK for my technology having more than 1000 openings in around London only.i am not eligible to apply HSMP now.so i am planning to try for WP sponsership.i need some information how to approach.is there any consutancy or company will give WP.if anyone knows please let me.
