Hello everyone. I am indian national on tier 4 visa and in a relationship with my polish partner from 9 months. We tried to book our wedding ceremony in 2020 but due to lockdown it was cancelled. What option do i have to switch from tier 4 to anyother status. Plz need help. Thanks

I'm afraid the boat has sailed for you to extend your stay under any EEA route: The old EEA route has closed, and the new EU Settlement Scheme requires your married relationship to have started before December 31st 2020, which is not the case.

If you want to stay on the basis of your relationship with your partner, then the routes available to you, either as fiance or married partner, are under the Family Member routes, which are open to sponsors of all nationalities.

If you want to stay on the basis of further studies, then your route is Tier 4, which as you might know requires you to enrol in a course that is higher level than your current one.

If you want to stay on the basis of your work, then you need a job offer with Tier 2 sponsorship.
