Need help on tier 2

Need help on tier 2

Hi all,

Me and husband applied for ILR in January but due to an unspent conviction of driving of my husband forced us to vary our application to tier 2 by our solicitor.

We applied for our tier 2 on 27 January and our current visa i.e. work permit for my husband and dependent for me is expired now.

I want to know that I have got a new job opportunity, can I join the job while my application is in progress or will hv to wait till I get my visa. Is there any way I can join.

Please suggest.
