Need help urgently

Dear all,
I was asked for additional information from UKBA. it was about sending them contract for my business. However they have again asked me about current appointment report. I did send them two different versions already. One was printout i got from company house reception desk with their stamp and other is i ordered via phone and paid £3 for it. But caseworker is saying that he acknowledged the receipt of these documents but these are not right version they are looking for. Please can anyone help me what other current appointment report is available from company house.

these case workers are absolutely morons. I really dont know what yr case worker is looking for. what u provided is absolutely fine.if its yr case worker who asked for the documents then in his letter there should be his email address. ask him what exactly he wants by email and request him to give u more time.

Thanks a lot Tanvir. I have emailed the caseworker and waiting for reply. However i have talked with company house representative and they said they can provide certified copy of incorporation certificate for £60 to be delivered next day. I wonder if this will fulfil requirement as this does not say that it is current appointment report by any means.
