Hi need help urgently!

Post by ashgok » Mon Jun 23, 2008 12:36 pm

I am currently in UK, moved to UK with my husband on 21st April, 2008.

I am an SAP Consultant with 3.5 years of experience.

I will be applying for my tier-1 too. from here. Does anyone of you have the tier-1 application form?

Would like to know in regards of residential proof?

Is anyone from London?

Thanks,
Ash

Tier 1 application form and policy guidance are *publicly* available on the UKBA website. You did not mention your visa category in UK, but if you are here as a dependent you might find the following info. useful.
Employment and switching routes for dependents wrote:However, dependants may not switch into any points-based system tier in their own right. If your dependants later want to be in the United Kingdom under the points-based system in their own right, they will have to leave the United Kingdom and apply for entry clearance.
