Need help with appeal

Post by dazy1983 » Wed Nov 10, 2010 9:56 pm

I was refused under para 320 (7B). The reason is false documentation related to may salary and employment.
I`m going to appeal. Please advise me what documents I can provide to proove my employment and salary. And if I can provide my appeal form with my cover letter?
Please advise!

an Administrative review is used to assess whether points have been correctly awarded
Administrative review is a request to reassess your application on points claimed / awarded. If the refusal is not because of points you had claimed (but were not awarded), it may be of no use to apply for administrative review.

You have been refused under general grounds for refusal (320(7B)).
