Need Help with COS

Hi,

I have been assigned COS from my company, they have got my name spelling wrong in job description details it says 'Syeed' when it should be 'Syed'. I spoke to HR, they said i will be fine because name on my personal information is right. Does it make any difference and could be a show stopper?

A prompt response will be higjly appreciated.
