need help with flr(m) completion

Would like assistance with filing out the flr (m) civil partnership... guidance on documents, and evidence for authenticity of relationship etc.
also regarding the biometric, how and when should i do the biometric, whats the procedure for that. provided im non eu, and applying just with my english partner..

All of the documents required are on the flr(m) form. Evidence of authenticity of relationship are: marriage certificate, proof that you've been living together in the form of joint named bills, chat logs, emails, basically anything that shows contact.

Are you applying in person or by post?
