Need help with form MN1

Hi Everyone
I am going to apply for ILR soon and booked NCS appointment for my kids' British registration application.

I am going to register my kids under Section 1(3). I am not sure about few sections of the form MN1.

Can anyone who filled this form help me with following sections please?

Section 2 - Do i have to complete this section as there are no formal residence requirements for kids registering under Section 1(3).

Section 3 - Do i have to complete section 3?

Section 4 - I think this section is not applicable because both kids are under 10.
