hello everyone

hi , my wife is citizen of spain and we got married , im from bangladesh , now she wants me to go to spain and stay there , so what kind of papers would be needed for this process , if anyone guide me i will be grateful thanx :)

Where are you living now? In Bangladesh? Or are you living elsewhere? In which case on what basis are you living there?

Ordinarily I would have said that you should contact the Spanish Embassy in Bangladesh and ask them. However a quick search on Google fails to find a Spanish Embassy. So I think your starting point needs to be to find out which country represents Spanish interests in your country. Maybe your wife is able to find that out?

Not all countries have a mission in every country and often there are merely represented by someone else.

Of course if your wife happened to be living in say the UK it would be easier to say how to proceed. You would apply for an EEA Family Permit to move to the UK to join her here. However if she is living in Spain then that obviously would not apply.

i was searching who deals with spain here and found embassy of france handles it :) my wife is telling me to prepare papers and she will go to spain with it and start process there !!! is it right what she telling ! or i have to start from here in bangladesh ?
