hello guys, i really need clarification on a matter, and therefore I can't afford a solicitor at the moment. it's a very simple question but yet, i am not sure about it.
1- my Italiqn-eea wife just made her 5 and a half year ago n uk working full time. so, technically she is PR now, huh?
2- my 5 year residence as a family member of an eea expires next january, and HO says I don't need to apply for PR, because i am PR automatically because of my wife's status.
but i know how hard it is to prove status when getting a job and when entering the uk it's always a pain to amswer all quastions to HO. so i better pick up my PR.
DO I NEED to apply together with my wife on a same application or should we send 2 applications on the same mail package? can we use the premium express service?
