Need information...Advice....Entrepreneur residency programm

Hello every one,

I do have very special situation and i need your advice and information...

I am from montreal, engineer with very good financial situation and married 2 years ago and making in process my sponsorship for my wife,

HOWEVER, i do have resident permanent with condition ( we have an immigration family paper as entrepreneur ... My father make residency for us as an '' entrepreneur : with busnis to do in canada '' ) and we are always waiting for immigration response to take out the condition from our residency...

So I can not sponsor my wife before the immigration will take out the condition from our residency....

My father made the deposit of the final report of the busniss that he made for 3 years here in canada....he made the deposit of the Final report August 2007.

So now it is more then 13 month and no response have given yet from immigration.....and we are always seperated me and my wife and i dont know how long this can take ....

Can anyone help me with information of how long this kind of entrepreneur cases takes to be resolved....and what can i do waiting for the response ?? thanks...
