Need information regarding skilled worker visa

Hi Team,
I have come in the UK since last July, 2021 under ICT visa from India.
Currently I have got an offer from a company in UK and they are ready to
sponsor me under skilled worker visa. But meanwhile, my current company
wants me to come back to India to serve the notice period. So now I am
moving back to India on April 30, 2022.

Now I have following concerns, as till now I have not submitted my VISA
application so far. Can you please help me out in these context?
1. I have only 3 weeks of time, within this time period is it possible to
get my VISA and BRP Card though my VISA application is not submitted yet?
2. If I choose super priority service, how many days will it take to get
the decision?
3. I am living in Edinburgh, from where I will get the quick appointment? I
need suggestion.
4. After receiving the decision, may I go out of UK?
5. If I do not receive my BRP card before moving out of UK, then how will I
come to UK without BRP from India?
6. How much amount need to pay for 3 years skilled worker visa on super
priority basis?
