Need information

Hi Guys

I have Tier 1 visa which is valid till April 2012.

I visited Uk in 2009 and came back due to the worst situtation of jobs their. Since, it was recession. Now, i am expecting the offer from UK, with in next month, If i go their now. My visa will valid for almost for 13 months. So, will I be eligible to extend my visa for next two years.

Please update me on this.

Guys,

I have still not got visa for my wife and daughter. If i apply are they getting it only for 1year or 2 years.

Please let me know

Their leave, if granted, should have the same expiry date as yours.
