Hi,
I just wonder that I am hearing from my solicitor that I need at least 6 month validity on my current visa for some one to apply as my dependent. is that true? I am not finding this information any where not even in policy guidance. can any one please clarify me

There is no such rule. Your dependent can apply as long as you hold a valid visa.
