Do I need to provide details of my LTD company?

Hi guys,

I have a query which I'm a little unsure about, I have a LTD company which I use for some freelance work that I get now and then, although I don't take any kind of salary from it, and work a standard 9-5 job which is above the required financial requirement. I'm a sponsor for my wifes visa.

Please could anyone shed some light on this? I'm literally ready with all my paperwork and having last minute thoughts, I've not mentioned anything to do with the fact I'm a director as it hasn't had any involvement with the requirements.
