Hi all,
I'm great full to this Forum Which has given me tremendous information. I've got my HSMP approved. I would like to apply for EC. I have following Doubt. My Brother would be Sponsoring me for my UK Expenses.
Is it necessary to transfer money from his account to my account?
OR
Can I take his bank statement and his sign on Letter showing he is funding me for UK?
I n Both the cases I'll taking his letter. I just want to know is it necessary to
transfer his money to my account?
If anybody from Bangalore please reply who is also applying for EC.

Hi Pallavi,

You just need to have a sponsorship/accomodation letter from your brother along with following documents:-

His last 6 months pay slips
His last 6 month bank statement
Tenancy Agreement/Council Bills
Photocopy of passport (relevant pages)

There is no need to transfer his money in your account.
