Do I Need to Report Change of Circumstances?

Hi everyone! I'm new here and been learning a lot from this forum. I just have a quick question. I have an EEA2 residence card already and live here in the UK with my spouse. Just wanted to ask if there is a need to keep updating the Home Office of my info like if I change home address, gave birth, etc. Just saw that for other type of visas this needs to be done but I don't see any info for EEA.
