I am currently in UK on T2 ICT issued in 2014 and valid till 2017 (and two extn possible) I have below concerns and appredicate any suitable pointers.
1. Can I switch job here if I get T2 General sponsorship, can it be done within UK or have to go back to my home country, is there any cooling period?
2. My wife is here on T2 dependent visa, can she get T2 General sponsorship and work? If she gets, can I change my status and get a dependent visa?
3. If we get T2 Gen and continue living here, can we apply for ILR after 5 years, will this 5 year period be from both T2 ICT period and T2 General?
I am posting these questions, as I have been getting good contract offers lately, but backedout due to my current nature of visa.
Appreciate if someone can guide me.
